The filter cells can be supplied in flat and corrugated version, disposable or regenerated. The filter media can be synthetic fiber, glass or metal wire. The frame can be made of cardboard or sheet metal.
They are used for fan-coil, air treatment units, warm air generators, ventilation equipement of machines and as prefilters to filters having higher performances (LOM-BAG pockets filters, rigid bag, activated carbon filters).
FILTERING CELLS CK - CS: They are cheap, even if strong, filtering cells with medium efficiency, composed of a self-extinguishing synthetic filtering media, kept by two zinc-plated wire nets and boxed into a galvanized steel frame. The filter mats normally used make them suitable to retain coarse dust particles (PM10).
FILTERING CELLS CM - CM/ZN - CX: They are strong filtering cells with medium efficiency and they are composed of a labyrinth structure filtering mattress having several knitted aluminium flat wire layers, kept by two zinc-plated wire nets and boxed into a galvanized steel frame. They are also used as filters for hoods and drops separators.
FILTERING CELLS DF: They are cheap, disposable filtering cells at medium efficiency. The filtering media, with density growing from the air inlet side to the air outlet side, is composed of continuous filament glass fibers and it is supported front and back by two metal grids which are fastened to a cardboard frame. The filter mats normally used make them suitable to retain coarse dust particles (PM10). For standard sizes is available the version completely incinerable.
FILTERING CELLS CZ - CZQ - CZS: They are pleated filtering cells with medium efficiency, cheap but strong and they are composed of a self-extinguishing synthetic fibre filtering media, kept by two zinc-plated wire nets and boxed into a zinc-plated sheet frame. The pleating according to which the nets and media are fitted ensures a real filtering surface by two to three times higher than the frontal surface of the cell. They are used when it is necessary to combine good air flows with reduced passage sections.
FILTERING CELLS DP: They are disposable pleated filtering cells with medium efficiency and they are composed of a nonwoven reinforced cotton fibre media supported on the air leaving side with a metal grid and boxed into a strong die cut cardboard frame. The pleating according to which the grid and media are fitted ensures a real filtering surface by two times up to six times (higher than the frontal surface of the cell. They are used when it is necessary to combine good air flows with reduced passage sections.
